The distortion generator comprises two distortion sections which are matched with each other, and rectangular connecting plates which are matched with each other are arranged at the joints of the distortion sections respectively; one distortion section is provided with a circular support plate and a support plate adjusting driver along a runner opening; the circular support plate comprises a section of fixed arc support plate and a plurality of sections of telescopic arc support plates; the support plate adjusting driver comprises a knob and a volute spiral spring; adjustment is carried out according to the depth of the inserting plate inserted into the flow channel, and the continuous adjustable capacity of the flow field distortion intensity is reserved; and the circular support plate enables the plugboard type distortion generator to be better attached to the cylindrical wall surface of the flow channel, so that airflow is prevented from entering a containing cavity formed by a gap and a sealing box when flowing through the position where the movable plugboard type distortion generator is located, pressure pulsation is reduced, and turbulence degree of airflow on the section of an inlet of a tested piece is reduced.
