The invention provides an automobile control device which comprises a detection unit which comprises one or more of a front camera and a microphone arranged on an automobile, and an acceleration sensor, a processor suitable for implementing each instruction, and a memory suitable that is used for storing a plurality of instructions for being loaded and executed by the processor: when the automobile is static, acquiring images and/or sounds in the automobile through the detection unit; judging whether the driver sits or not according to the image and/or sound; when judging that the driver does not sit, judging whether a passenger sits or not; when judging that the passenger sits, controlling a vehicle door to be locked; judging whether the acceleration value of the automobile is greater than a preset value; when judging that the acceleration value of the automobile is larger than the preset value, controlling the automobile door to be unlocked; and when the acceleration value of the automobile is not larger than the preset value, controlling an automobile window or an air conditioner to be opened.
