Abstract

The invention discloses a method for testing out-of-plane tensile failure of a cementing piece. The method comprises the following steps of S1, adhering a bottom layer of a to-be-tested cementing piece to an auxiliary body with the adhesive strength that an out-of-plane tensile failure load is greater than a first out-of-plane tensile failure load, wherein the first out-of-plane tensile failure load is an interlayer out-of-plane tensile failure load between a bottom layer and a surface layer of the to-be-tested cementing piece; S2, pulling the surface layer of the to-be-tested cementing piece towards one side far away from the auxiliary body; and S3, obtaining the maximum tension applied to the to-be-tested cementing piece when the surface layer is separated from the bottom layer. The method for testing the out-of-plane tensile failure of the cementing piece can realize interlayer out-of-plane tensile failure analysis of the interior of the to-be-tested cementing piece, and is not restrained by the shape and the size of the to-be-tested cementing piece.
