Embodiment 1

[0052] Embodiment 1: the preparation of SF / CS / mHNT hydrogel

[0053] The SF solution and the CS solution were mixed at a mass ratio of 80:20, and a certain mass of mHNT powder was added to the mixed solution so that the mass ratios of mHNT and CS were 1:2, 1:1 and 2:1, respectively. Alcoholic solution (V 交联剂 :V SF溶液 =1:5) Stir well. The mixed solution was poured into a centrifuge tube, and centrifuged at 4° C. at a speed of 3000 rpm for 15 minutes to defoam. Different SF / CS / mHNT hydrogels were obtained after incubation at 4°C for a period of time.

[0054] In addition, in order to be compared, the present invention has also prepared SF / CS hydrogel, and it is that SF solution and CS solution are mixed with the mass ratio of 80:20, then add the alcoholic solution of EDC / NHS cross-linking agent (V 交联剂 :V SF溶液 =1:5) Stir well. The mixed solution was poured into a centrifuge tube, and centrifuged at 4° C. at a speed of 3000 rpm for 15 minutes to defoam. obtained after a peri...

Abstract

The invention relates to a biomacromolecule and modified halloysite composite hydrogel and preparation and application thereof. The biomacromolecule and modified halloysite composite hydrogel comprises a chemical cross-linked network of silk fibroin and chitosan, and a plurality of acid-modified halloysite nanotubes are distributed in the chemical cross-linked network. The composite hydrogel comprises silk fibroin and chitosan which are good in biocompatibility, and also comprises modified halloysite, and the physiological activity of biomacromolecules and the drug loading capacity of halloysite are combined, so that the requirements of antibiosis, hemostasis and healing promotion in each stage of wound healing are met. The thermal stability, the swelling rate and the mechanical property of the hydrogel formed through chemical crosslinking are researched. The in-vitro biological performance of the hydrogel is evaluated through bacteriostasis, hemostasis and cell migration experiments. The influence of the hydrogel on wound healing is evaluated by using an SD rat full-thickness skin wound model.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogel dressings, in particular to a biomacromolecule and modified halloysite composite hydrogel and its preparation and application. Background technique [0002] The skin is the first organ of the human body to be affected by external stress factors. Once the skin is damaged, its barrier function will be weakened, causing damage to tissue cells. Skin wound healing has a complex set of mechanisms that can accelerate the healing process by stimulating cell adhesion, migration and angiogenesis. A humid environment is more conducive to wound healing. New wound dressings need to absorb and maintain an appropriate amount of wound exudate, provide nutrients for the wound bed, provide an optimal environment for cell proliferation and migration, and promote wound repair. Hydrogels are translucent solid materials that have been widely used in wound management due to their ability to maintain a moist wound envi...
