Abstract

The invention discloses a device for replacing a worn carbon slide plate of a pantograph. The device comprises a base, the device is moved to the position below the pantograph where a carbon slide strip needs to be replaced, the carbon slide strip on the pantograph is placed in the middle of a supporting rod, one end of an air cylinder in a fixing block is connected with a top plate through a hinge base, and then a driving part works; a motor drives a first lead screw shaft, a first gear on the first lead screw shaft drives a chain to be in linkage with a second lead screw shaft, threads on the outer rings of the lead screw shafts act on a threaded ring, and therefore a pressing plate on the outer ring of the threaded ring slides to the position above the carbon slide strip in a first sliding groove, and the carbon slide strip is clamped through interaction of the pressing plate and the top plate; at the moment, the rotating end of a pneumatic wrench penetrates through a through hole in the top of the supporting rod to disassemble and replace a bolt below the carbon slide strip by driving an electric telescopic rod in a disassembling part to push, so that the carbon slide strip is replaced, and the replacement is quicker and more accurate.
