Embodiment 1

[0035] A method for measuring rifampicin content in animal feed as an embodiment of the present invention, said method may further comprise the steps:

[0036] (1) Utilize QuEChERS to extract rifampicin in animal feed to obtain the sample to be tested; wherein, the QuEChERS includes organic solvent extraction and solid-phase adsorbent dispersion extraction, and the solid-phase adsorbent is composed of neutral Alumina and N-propylethylenediamine composition; The QuEChERS comprises the following steps:

[0037] (I) After mixing 2g of animal feed with 5mL of water and soaking for 10 hours, add 15mL of acetonitrile to mix evenly, add 5g of sodium chloride, extract by shaking for 20min, and collect the supernatant A by centrifugation;

[0038] (II) Mix 5 mL of supernatant A with 0.3 g of neutral alumina and 0.3 g of N-propylethylenediamine for dispersive extraction, vortex and centrifuge to collect supernatant B, pass through a 0.22um filter membrane, and obtain the Describe the s...

Embodiment 2

[0048] As a method for determining the content of rifampicin in animal feed according to an embodiment of the present invention, the only difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that 5 mL of supernatant A is mixed with 0.3 g of neutral alumina for dispersive extraction.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for determining the content of rifampicin in animal feed. The method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting rifampicin in an animal feed by utilizing QuEChERS to obtain a to-be-determined sample, wherein the QuEChERS comprises organic solvent extraction and solid-phase adsorbent dispersion extraction, and the solid-phase adsorbent comprises neutral aluminum oxide; and (2) quantifying the to-be-determined sample by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. According to the invention, the method for determining the content of the rifampicin in the animal feed is provided for the first time, the method combines QuEChERS extraction of the rifampicin in the animal feed and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to quantify a to-be-detected sample, and by screening the types of the solid phase adsorbents, it is found that the content of the rifampicin in the animal feed is determined by using the solid phase adsorbents including neutral aluminum oxide, the influence of sample matrix animal feed on rifampicin detection can be overcome, so that the recovery rate of rifampicin in the animal feed can be improved, and the influence of impurities on rifampicin quantification can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of feed detection, in particular to a method for determining the content of rifampicin in animal feed. Background technique [0002] Antibiotics, commonly known as antibiotics, can inhibit or kill certain harmful pathogenic microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, viruses, mycoplasma, chlamydia, rickettsia, etc., and were originally used as drugs for treating infectious diseases in humans and livestock. In 1949, the United States first discovered that antibiotics have a growth-promoting effect on livestock and poultry. Since then, many countries have widely used antibiotics in animal husbandry and achieved obvious economic benefits. As early as the late 1950s in my country, antibiotics were used as feed additives for livestock and poultry, and good results were obtained in the feeding process. As countries around the world attach great importance to food safety, problems such as drug resistance and drug residues ca...
