Abstract

The method comprises the following steps that a coupling relationship between the performance and the cost of a solid rocket engine is comprehensively considered, and a solid rocket engine key subject analysis model and a multidisciplinary design optimization problem model are established; a multi-target adaptive optimization strategy based on Kriging is adopted, the maximum total impulse and the minimum cost of the solid rocket engine are used as target functions, and pre-selected design variables are optimized. In the optimization process, an original analysis model is replaced with a KRG agent model, a pseudo Pareto solution set of the current KRG agent model is obtained through NSGA-II solving, the KRG agent model is updated and managed in the solution set based on crowding degree sorting sampling, thus optimization is guided to be rapidly converged to a real Pareto leading edge, the internal excavation potential of the solid rocket engine performance and cost is fully explored, the engine development cost is reduced, and the design performance is improved.
