Abstract

The invention discloses preparation of controlled release platelet derived growth factor nanocapsules, and belongs to the field of nanocapsules. The nanocapsules are prepared through a method of in situ free radical polymerization. Monomers and crosslinkers are enriched around single PDGF-BB through electrostatic action / hydrogen-bonding interaction;free radicals are generated under the action of an initiator (APS and TEMED); and in situ free radical polymerization is performed. Controlled release is realized by designing components (the crosslinkers) of the nanocapsules. Two crosslinkers capable of responding to pH degradation are selected but with different degradation rates. By adjusting the ratio of the two, the controlled release of PDGF-BB can be realized. The synthesized nanocapsules wrap the PDGF-BB to enhance stability; the controlled release of the PDGF-BB can be realized; the nanocapsules has significant meanings for wound repair and tissue regeneration diseases; and thoughts can be provided for the delivery of other protein drugs.
