The hand sanitizer comprises the following components of 2.0-7.0 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 1.0-3.0 parts of cocoanut fatty acid diethanolamide, 2.0-5.0 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.05-0.20 part of chlorhexidine gluconate, 0.01-0.10 part of water-soluble olive oil, 0.10-0.50 part of benzoic acid, 0.10-0.50 part of dichlorobenzyl alcohol, 0.10-0.30 part of carbamido lactam acetate, 0.1-1.0 part of citric acid monohydrate, 0.5-2.0 parts of sodium chloride, 0.0001-0.001 part of chloromethylisothiazolinone, 0.001-0.008 part of methylisothiazolinone, and 80.89-94.04 parts of deionized water.
