The cooling water circulation system of the stamping die comprises a refrigeration system, a cold source system and a cooling device, and is characterized in that a hot water inlet and a cold water outlet are formed in one side of the cooling device, and a hot water outlet and a cold water inlet are formed in the other side of the cooling device; and the hot water inlet and the cold water outlet of the cooling device are connected with the refrigeration system, and the hot water outlet and the cold water inlet of the cooling device are connected with the cold source system. Compared with the prior art, a direct refrigeration device is added in the cold source system of the die, so that when the outdoor temperature reaches the required temperature of cooling water, then a refrigerating machine can be closed, water in a cooling tower is directly used for cooling the stamping die without starting the refrigerating machine; and further, the cooling is performed through the environmental temperature, so that the electrical consumption is greatly reduced, a certain maintenance effect is performed on the refrigerating machine, and the service life of the cooling system is prolonged.
