Problems solved by technology

Since these functional components are only in the form of free mixing and have not formed bonds with fiber molecules, a series of problems such as uneven dispersion, poor adhesion, and easy elution and loss are caused; secondly, functional components are mixed into the spinning solution , due to failure to form a whole with the fiber, it will inevitably cause defects, and may cause technical problems such as broken filaments during the spinning process; on the other hand, the functional agent may also have certain irritation or toxicity. While being lost during use, it may contact the human body and cause irritation and toxicity to the human body

Abstract

The invention discloses a deodorization polyamide fiber and a preparation method thereof. The deodorization polyamide fiber comprises the following raw material components in part by weight: 100 to 300 parts of polyamide fiber, 0.5 to 2 parts of 2-bromine-2-nitro-1,3-propylene glycol, 200 to 500 parts of solvent, 0.05 to 0.2 part of dehydration agent and 0.1 to 0.2 part of catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: reacting the 2-bromine-2-nitro-1,3-propylene glycol which has a deodorization function with the polyamide fiber to ensure that hydroxyl in 2-bromine-2-nitro-1,3-propylene molecules and carboxyl in polyamide molecules are subjected to condensation reaction, and thus obtaining the polyamide fiber with the deodorization function. By bonding the 2-bromine-2-nitro-1,3-propylene glycol with polyamide macromolecules, the improvement on the stability of the deodorization polyamide fiber is facilitated, the deodorization polyamide fiber difficultly runs away in the using process, and the laundering durability of the deodorization polyamide fiber is improved; and simultaneously, the safety of the deodorization polyamide fiber can be improved, and the deodorization polyamide fiber has obvious economic and social benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of polyamide fibers, in particular to a deodorizing polyamide fiber and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] There are various bacteria and molds in the human living environment, and the reproduction of these microorganisms is particularly active in high-temperature and humid environments. When bacteria and molds multiply on clothing, the fibers are susceptible to molecular chain degradation and discoloration due to the action of their acidic or basic metabolites, and generate volatile odorous substances, which can also easily cause some skin diseases in the human body. Therefore, in order to meet people's high requirements for the hygienic function of textiles, antibacterial, deodorant and deodorizing processing of fiber products is very necessary. [0003] There are tens of thousands of odorous substances, among which ammonia, methyl mercaptan, trimethylamine and hydrogen sulfide ar...
