Abstract

The present invention relates to the application of long-chain non-coding RNA PRALR-α for diagnosing tumor drug resistance to paclitaxel. In the paclitaxel-resistant ovarian cancer cells, the present invention identified a new transcript full-length sequence of lncRNA (TCONS_00013523), named PRALR-α, and found that the lncRNA was related to the resistance of various tumors to paclitaxel (PTX). The lncRNA detected in the supernatant exosomes of ovarian cancer PTX-resistant cells was significantly different between PTX-sensitive and drug-resistant cells, suggesting that it can be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis of tumor chemotherapy resistance.
