The receiving circuit is also configured to receive a second DCI format of more than one bit including a UL-SCH indicator, the second DCI format used for scheduling the PUSCH. The UE also includes transmission circuitry configured to perform transmission on the PUSCH based on detecting the first DCI format. The transmitting circuit is also configured to perform transmitting on the PUSCH based on detecting the second DCI format. The one bit of the UL-SCH indicator is used to indicate whether to send the UL-SCH on the PUSCH.
