Abstract

The invention discloses a reciprocating compressor operation state monitoring method, a system, a device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: carrying out the preprocessing of collected compressor vibration signals, and obtaining a vibration signal sample of a compressor in each operation period; according to the collected dynamic pressure and key phase signals in the compressor cylinder, a p-V diagram of the compressor in each operation cycle is obtained; performing feature extraction on each vibration signal sample to obtain features of the vibration signal samples; performing feature extraction on the p-V map of each operation cycle to obtain p-V map features; combining the characteristics of the vibration signal samples of the compressor in the same operation period with the characteristics of the p-V diagram to obtain a characteristic vector of the compressor in the operation period; calculating the mahalanobis distance of each feature vector and comparing the mahalanobis distance with a preset mahalanobis distance threshold value, and judging the operation state of the compressor. According to the method, under the condition that only normal samples are utilized, several characteristics are combined, whether the operation state of the reciprocating compressor is abnormal or not can be accurately and comprehensively judged.
