Disclosed are a channel measurement method and a communication device. The method comprises the steps that a first access point performs channel measurement on a channel measurement frame sent by a first station, and sends a user association frame to a second access point; the second access point determines a first channel measurement result matched with the first station from a plurality of second channel measurement results according to the identity identification information of the first station carried by the user association frame, wherein the first station is associated with the first access point and is not associated with the second access point, and the plurality of second channel measurement results are obtained by measuring a plurality of channel measurement frames from a plurality of stations by the second access point. In the method, the first access point can inform the second access point of identity identification information of a first station, so that the second access point can determine the first channel measurement result.
