Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing a traditional Chinese medicinal material matrix, water and an acetic acid acetonitrile aqueous solution, and carrying out first extraction to obtain a first extract; S2, mixing the first extract with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride, and performing second extraction to obtain a second extract; S3, performing first centrifugation on the second extract, taking supernate as a matrix extracting solution, mixing the matrix extracting solution with a purifying agent, performing purification treatment, performing second centrifugation on the purified material, and taking supernate as a to-be-detected solution, wherein the purifying agent is prepared from anhydrous magnesium sulfate, ethylenediamine-N-propyl silanized silica gel and octadecyl silane bonded silica gel; and S4, determining the to-be-detected solution by using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and / or ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
