Embodiment 1

[0030] A green in-situ covalent hydrophilic modification method of PVDF membrane, its preparation method comprises the following steps:

[0031] Step (1), pre-activation of PVDF material and preparation of base film:

[0032] Add 1.8g of polyvinylidene fluoride, 0.15g of polyethyleneimine and 1g of tetrahydrofuran into 7.05g of N,N-dimethylacetamide and dissolve at 60°C to form a uniform outer casting solution , and then prepared into a flat film by the phase inversion method.

[0033] Step (2), graft modification:

[0034] It is the copolymer solution of the maleic anhydride-methyl vinyl ether of 0.2% to be prepared with deionized mass concentration; Then the film in the step (1) is placed in the grafting solution and soaked for 30min at room temperature, then rinsed with deionized water . A modified PVDF membrane is obtained.

[0035] The test results showed that the static contact angle of the hydrophilic composite membrane prepared above was 36°. Pure water flux 115L / ...

Embodiment 2

[0037] A green in-situ covalent hydrophilic modification method of PVDF membrane, its preparation method comprises the following steps:

[0038] Step (1), pre-activation of PVDF material and preparation of base film:

[0039] Add 1.8g of polyvinylidene fluoride and 0.1g of polyethyleneimine to 8.15g of N,N-dimethylacetamide, dissolve at 80°C to form a uniform outer casting solution, and then pass through phase It is prepared into a flat film by conversion method.

[0040] Step (2), graft modification:

[0041] Prepare a solution of maleic anhydride-methyl vinyl ether with a mass concentration of 0.2% with deionization; then place the membrane in step (1) in the grafting solution and soak for 30 minutes at room temperature, then rinse with deionized water. A modified PVDF membrane is obtained.

[0042] The test results show that the static contact angle of the PVDF membrane prepared above is 5°. Pure water flux 411L / (h·m 2 bar). After 5 hours of bovine serum albumin (1g / L...

Abstract

The invention provides a simple preparation method of a hydrophilic PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a polyamino compound into a PVDF membrane casting solution to activate PVDF in a membrane solution preparation process, carrying out phase separation to form a membrane, and soaking the membrane in a subsequent grafted compound aqueous solution to obtain the modified PVDF membrane. The PVDF membrane prepared by the method has excellent hydrophilicity. A BSA (Bovine Serum Albumin) pollution resistance test shows that the modified PVDF membrane has good pollution resistance. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of few steps, cheap and easily available materials, short modification time and industrial application potential.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of separation membranes, and relates to a hydrophilic modified PVDF membrane and a green in-situ covalent hydrophilic modification method thereof. Background technique [0002] Due to the rapid development of social economy, people's demand for water resources is increasing day by day, and the problem of water resource shortage has become a major problem that needs to be solved urgently in our country. As an emerging technology, membrane separation technology has the advantages of low energy consumption, no phase change, good selectivity, and easy operation and scale-up compared with traditional water treatment technology, and has become one of the most efficient and economical solutions. However, in the process of membrane separation, membrane fouling will inevitably occur, resulting in a decrease in the performance of the membrane. Therefore, solving the problem of membrane fouling has become a hot spot in the resea...
