Abstract

The invention discloses a 177Lu-loaded degradable polymer material microsphere as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The microsphere sequentially comprises a chitosan layer, a 177Lu labeled polydopamine layer and a polydopamine blocking layer from inside to outside. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a chitosan microsphere suspension by adopting an emulsification cross-linking method; and S2, marking polydopamine with 177Lu, wrapping the outer side of the chitosan microsphere with the 177Lu marked polydopamine, and meanwhile, forming a polydopamine blocking layer on the outer side of the 77Lu marked polydopamine, so that the degradable high polymer material microsphere is obtained. The microsphere disclosed by the invention has good biocompatibility and small specific gravity, releases gamma rays capable of being used for nuclide imaging, and solves the problems that the existing 90Y microsphere high-specific-gravity material causes non-uniform distribution in a drug body, the material is difficult to degrade, so that repeated treatment cannot be performed, and real-time image monitoring of drug distribution in the body of a postoperative patient is difficult.
