This invention discloses an AB-type bimicrosphere
powder capable of in-situ liquid absorption and self-
assembly, as well as its preparation and application. The preparation method includes: preparing photocrosslinkable
hydroxypropyl chitosan and photocrosslinkable oxidized
sodium alginate, respectively; using microfluidic technology and
ultraviolet light curing to obtain
chitosan microspheres loaded with polyphenols and antibacterial agents, and
sodium alginate microspheres, respectively; and adsorbing Fe2+ onto the
sodium alginate microspheres. 2+ Two types of microspheres were freeze-dried into
powder and then mixed in a specific ratio to obtain AB-type dual
microsphere powder capable of in-situ liquid absorption and self-
assembly. This invention utilizes microfluidic shearing and freeze-
drying processes, combined with the synergistic effect of borate ester bonds and carbon-carbon double bonds, to simultaneously achieve the construction of a
microsphere cross-linking network and the interaction of polyphenols and Fe. 2+ The loading allows the AB-type bimicrosphere powder, which can absorb liquid in situ and self-assemble, to rapidly absorb liquid upon contact with blood or body fluids and then self-assemble in situ through a
Schiff base and a
metal-
polyphenol network, thereby constructing a stable
microsphere scaffold.
