Abstract

The invention provides a method for optimizing a laser cutting processing path, which comprises the following steps of: transmitting a process mark stored in a point on an original part contour to a point of a corresponding part processing path by a method of expansion bias and point inclusion so as to obtain a processing path with the process mark; machining parameters corresponding to different machining marks are set in the laser cutting machine, the machining parameters needed by each line segment are judged in the cutting process, and therefore the purpose of cutting the parts in a classified mode is achieved. The method is stable, reliable, high in robustness, wide in adaptability and suitable for actual laser cutting machining.
