According to the method, formaldehyde molecules are used as a template, so that a characteristic ion with one bromine atom substituted by the formaldehyde molecules is formed, and the characteristic ion can be accurately identified according to the isotope abundance ratio of bromine, 79Br: 81Br = 1: 1, so that the qualitative accuracy is improved.
