Abstract

An organic light emitting diode display device and a driving method thereof are disclosed. The organic light emitting diode display device includes: a display panel having a plurality of sub-pixels, each pixel including a driving thin film transistor and a light emitting diode; and an impedance detection section connected to a plurality of sub-pixels of the display panel, in which the impedance detection section includes a sensing circuit section, an input control section that generates a modulated output sensing voltage by modulating an output sensing voltage of the sensing circuit section, and an analog-to-digital converter that converts the modulated output sensing voltage into a modulated output sensing voltage by modulating the output sensing voltage of the sensing circuit section. And the modulated output sensing voltage is input to the analog-to-digital converter to be converted into sensing data.
