Embodiment Construction

[0020] The structure embodiment and accompanying drawings of the balanced pressure measuring device for ultrasonic elastography proposed in the present invention are described in detail as follows:

[0021] The structure of this embodiment is as figure 1 shown. The main components of the device include a B-type ultrasonic instrument probe 1 (usually a linear array probe, such as the SJN7211L1A linear array probe of Wuxi Haiying Group), an extruded flat plate 2 (usually a plexiglass plate), four pressure sensor 3 (such as the MH-1 pulse wave sensor developed by the Institute of Aerospace Medical Engineering), also includes 4 amplifiers (such as the AD620 amplifier of AD Company), a multi-channel data acquisition card (such as the NI-6031E of the National Instruments Corporation) type data acquisition card) and a computer (such as Dell Dimension L733r type personal computer).

[0022] In this embodiment, a groove slightly larger than the external size of the ultrasonic probe i...

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of basic biological tissue mechanical attribute measuring technology. The supersonic elastic imaging balance pressure measuring unit includes one extruded plate, one B-mode supersonic probe, N pressure sensors, one multi-channel data acquiring card and one computer. The B-mode supersonic probe and the N pressure sensors are installed on the extruded plate, the B-mode supersonic probe is located in the middle part of the plate and the N pressure sensors are distributed around the probe. The outputs of the N pressure sensors are connected to the multi-channel data acquiring card separately, and the multi-channel data acquiring card is inserted in the mainboard of the computer. The present invention utilizes several pressure sensors for regulating the tissue compressing direction and compressing amount to ensure the precision of supersonic elastic imaging.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of measuring basic mechanical properties of biological tissues, and is characterized in that it relates to the structural design of a pressure measuring device of ultrasonic elastography technology. Background technique [0002] Changes in the elastic modulus of biological tissues are usually related to their pathological phenomena. For example, malignant pathological lesions, such as scirrhous breast cancer, prostate cancer, thyroid cancer, and liver metastases, usually appear as hard nodules. Sclerocarcinoma of the breast is the most common form of breast cancer, accounting for about three-quarters of all breast cancers, and presents as a dense, hard mass due to its increased stroma density. While other types of breast cancer, such as intraductal carcinoma and papilloma, present as soft tissue, benign fibrocystic breast disease rarely presents as a hard mass. [0003] The elasticity information of biolog...
