Abstract

There is installed a special management node to efficiently perform network configuration management. When a node starts communication with another node, the node sends a request for node position information about the communication counterpart node to a management node. The management node notifies the calculated route information. By utilizing the route information, the node can communicate with the communication counterpart node. When a newly connecting node requests an optimum connection target from the management node, the management node selects an optimum node to connect to, based on network configuration information it holds and notifies it to the newly connecting node.
