Embodiment Construction

[0024] According to the longitudinal section shown in FIG. 1 , the pressure limiting valve 1 has a valve sleeve 2 , wherein a valve cone 4 is guided axially displaceable. A seat body 6 is inserted into this valve sleeve 2 , thus forming an axial connection A and a valve seat 8 . The seat body 6 can be inserted into the sleeve, for example by means of a press fit. A connection T for a radial drain or tank is formed in the valve housing 2 by means of a set of radial drilled holes 9 . The valve cone 4 is actuated by a proportional magnet 10 mounted axially on the valve sleeve 2 . The proportional magnet 10 has a pole tube 12 formed in one piece with the valve housing 2 , in which an armature 14 is mounted. The valve cone 8 is supported on the armature. The armature 14 is pressed in the closing direction of the valve cone 8 by the adjusting spring 16 . The pressure of the adjusting spring 16 is varied by the adjusting device 18 . The proportional magnet 10 also has a coil hou...

Abstract

Disclosed is a proportionally adjustable pressure control valve wherein a valve cone (4) can be actuated by means of an armature (14) of a proportional magnet (10). The valve cone (4) is cardanically supported in the anchor (14). The valve cone (4) is also guided by means of a housing-sided guide (40). The amount of clearance between the valve cone (4) and the housing-sided guide (40) is less than the amount of clearance between the valve cone (4) and the armature.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a directly controlled and proportionally adjustable pressure limiting valve according to the preamble of claim 1 . Background technique [0002] Such pressure limiting valves are used, for example, as proportionally adjustable pressure limiting valves. WO 00 / 50794 A1 discloses a directly controlled pressure limiting valve in which the armature of the proportional magnet acts on the valve cone via a tappet. The valve cone is guided by sliding guides in the valve housing and a tappet connected to the valve cone is supported in the armature and passes through the guide disc of the valve housing. The problem with this solution is that, in the event of a possible axial offset between the valve seat and the valve cone, the pressure-limiting valve can no longer close reliably. [0003] A related improvement is provided in DE 196 25 349, in which the valve cone is supported directly in the armature. The armature is therefore provide...
