Abstract

There is provided PWM cyclo converter capable of easily performing improvement of input current waveform and snubber energy power source regeneration. The PWM cyclo converter includes a PWM converter device connected to a DC voltage system. The PWM converter device has an output unit connected to the input filter pre-stage of the PWM cyclo converter, thereby suppressing resonance of the input filter.
