In a preferred embodiment, the self-luminous element display of the present invention is a color organic light emitting diode (OLED) display. However, in different embodiments, the self-luminous element display of the present invention may also include a monochromatic OLED display. Abstract

Display of self-luminescence component includes display base plate, dark color extinction structure, components of drive circuit, device of self-luminescence component, and light modulation layer. Dark color extinction structure, components of drive circuit, and device of self-luminescence component are formed on inner surface side of display base plate. Light modulation layer is preferred to form on outer surface side of display base plate. Being formed on inner surface of display base plate, dark color extinction structure is positioned inside zone of non-luminosity in the rough. Components of drive circuit are located above the dark color extinction structure. Device of self-luminescence component is positioned inside zone of luminosity in the rough. Light modulation layer is setup on outer surface of display base plate. Optical transmittance of light modulation layer is about larger than 42%.
