[0024] First, referring to FIG. 1, the preferred embodiment of space diagram of the invention, illustrating a rocking-in exercise device, which mainly consists of a step board 1 and a rocking bar 15 to be disposed at the front end thereof. A pedal 11 is formed and centered on the face of the step board 1 and the rocking bar 15 thereof extends upward connecting to a steering handlebar 12. A rear wheel 13 is installed at the bottom of the step board 1. A rigid dust cover 14 is mounted to the front end of the step board 1, thereby having a bellows 18 is connected to the rocking bar 15, wherein, the rigid dust cover 14 encloses driving components.

Abstract

The present invention, rocking-in exercise device, offers a user the effective way of doing exercise through a rocking way by the arms. Chiefly, it relates to a step board, which is equipped with a multi-speed gear set at the front end. The multi-speed gear set binds to a rocking bar on the top and meshes with a driving wheel at the bottom. By rocking the rocking bar back and forth, the multi-speed gear set is able to drive the driving wheel and increase the speed. As a result, the purpose of rocking exercise is well served, safely and efficiently.
