Benefits of technology

"The present invention provides a cover for a breathing mask that allows wearers to choose their own look and enhance their fashion. The cover can be attached to a standard breathing mask using a peel-and-stick attachment means. Additionally, the cover can have a decorative image on at least one side and allow wearers to self-express and enhance their own image and self-esteem. This invention provides a novelty and a breathable filter material for a mask."

Problems solved by technology

People with compromised immunity systems, such as someone undergoing chemotherapy for cancer treatment, are particularly susceptible to infection and disease from airborne pathogens.
Unfortunately, most masks are plain and ugly, and carry the stigma of poor health.
With the inevitable loss of hair that results from such cancer treatment, having to wear such an ugly mask merely adds to the indignity and diminishes the spirit for healing.
