[0028]As shown in the FIG. 1, the adjustable pillow 100 of the present invention comprises: a neck supporter 11 as a pad lying on the bed, wherein the neck of a person lying on the back is laid on the neck supporter; and two head supporters 12 as pads set behind the said neck supporter 11, wherein a destined space 121 is therebetween for the head of a lying person crossing the two head supporters 12 over the destined space 121, thereby not only the neck and head of a lying person are supported, but also ventilation of the rear side of his head is easily achieved.
