Abstract

The present invention provides a range hood comprising a casing, a partition plate, a motor, a fan, a protective net, a filter screen, a fixation holder and a screen cover, characterized in that said fixation holder configured under said filter screen has one end pivotally connected with a hollow joint of said partition plate inside the bottom portion of said casing, the other end clasped with a resilient hooked plate of said partition plate, and a middle section holding said filter screen. Therefore, the present invention provides a function that said filter screen may be secured and replaced not only easily but also quickly.

Description of the Prior Art[0004]The A range hood is a sort of kitchen equipment for removing airborne grease, combustion products, fumes, steam and odors produced from indoor cooking. A prior art range hood generally contains a casing, at least one motor, at least one fan and a protective net; wherein said motor is configured inside the casing, and the drive axle of said motor is connected with the center of said fan to drive said fan to rotate so that said fan may axially suck fumes, and then, by the centrifugal force, the fumes may be exhausted; wherein said protective net is arranged under the fume inlet so as to prevent the users from stretching their hands into the fan to keep safe.
