The control method comprises the following steps: 1) a multifunctional composite bactericide is prepared by one or more of substances including bdellovibrio bacteriovorus, myxococcus flavus, saccharomycetes, bacillus and actinomycetes; and 2) the multifunctional composite bactericideis put into an aerobic membrane bioreactor by flowing directly or after in-situ activation according to water quantity, water quality and system temperature. By adding the multifunctional composite bactericide which has the characteristics of being able to hunt organisms, strong in secretion of extracellular hydrolytic enzymes, and the like into the membrane bioreactor, the invention has the advantages that the cell walls of the microorganisms are cracked and the structure of sludge is destroyed; the formation of a biofilm on the membrane bioreactor is restrained; the contents of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) and soluble microbial products (SMP) in sludge mixture are reduced; the sludge and water are promoted to be degraded at the same time; the membrane fouling of the MBR is effectively reduced; the sludge yield of the system is controlled; the effect that the concentration of the sludge in the reactor is stabilized is achieved; the pressure in treating waste water and thesludge is reduced; and the quality of the treated water is not influenced.

The spat culturing method remarkably promotes the growth of the haliotis diversicolor aquatilis, greatly increases the survival rate of the haliotis diversicolor aquatilis and improves the water quality of a culturing environment. The bdellovibrio bacteriovorus plasmid does not have toxic or side effect on abalone, so that the method is suitable for large-scale culturing of the abalone and provides new culturing technology for promoting the spat culturing and growth of haliotis diversicolor aquatilis.
