The invention relates to the
mobile payment field, and more specifically relates to a
Bluetooth-based
mobile payment method and
system. The method includes the following steps: an intelligent mobile terminal requests a consumption
voucher from a back-end supporting platform, and starts
sound wave monitoring and
Bluetooth functions; a POS terminal modulates a randomly-generated identification code into a
sound wave with the corresponding frequency and sends the
sound wave out; the intelligent mobile terminal receives the sound wave and identifies the identification code, and broadcasts a data packet formed by the identification code and the consumption
voucher through
Bluetooth; and when an identification code obtained by Bluetooth scanning is identical to the identification code emitted by the POS terminal through the sound save, the POS terminal analyzes and verifies the consumption
voucher, and consumption is conducted and consumption records are stored after the consumption voucher is verified . A dual-verifying mode of both Bluetooth and sound
waves helps to solve the problems that the wide range of Bluetooth
signal broadcasting causes card-swiping by mistake and consumption vouchers may be stolen if
broadcast data packets are stolen. In this way,
transaction security is ensured, and the transaction speed is increased. The Bluetooth-based
mobile payment method and
system are applicable to subways,
public transport ticket checking and other occasions.
