In the field of
inflatable structures, methods for interconnecting outer tubes of
inflatable tube systems are provided. This relates to an outer tube (10, 20) having an opening region (12, 22) with an opening (11, 21). According to the method, a connecting structure (13, 23) having a plurality of connecting openings (14, 24) is arranged around the openings (11, 21) in the opening region (12, 22) of each outer tube (10, 20). Subsequently, the outer tubes (10, 20) are placed against each other at the location of the opening regions (12, 22) and connected to each other by attaching the connection structures (13, 23) of the outer tubes (10, 20) to each other, can be tightened by using a lacing body (50) which alternately passes through the connection openings (14, 24) of the connection structures (13, 23) of one outer tube (10, 20) and the connection openings (14, 24) of the connection structures (13, 23) of the other outer tube (10, 20).
