The application relates to a fine SCR denitration catalyst system capable of being regenerated multiple times, which comprises: a replaceable catalyst module containing a regenerable low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst with a working temperature below 300 DEG C; a reactor for accommodating the catalyst module; and a spraying system for spraying a reducing agent into the reactor. The regenerable low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst comprises a carrier framework formed by thermoplastic plastic; and a low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst active component compounded in and supported by the carrier framework. The fine SCR denitration catalyst system is rapidly regenerated and recycled by replacing the deactivated catalyst module with a new catalyst module or a regenerated catalyst module. The regenerated catalyst module is obtained by remolding the regenerable low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst in the deactivated catalyst module after regeneration. The regenerable low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst can be regenerated by remolding the carrier framework of the thermoplastic plastic.
