polyolefin resin composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 77 to 84 parts of
polyolefin matrix resin, 8 to 15 parts of
photoinitiator master batch, 2 to 4 parts of multifunctional
acrylate monomer, 1 to 2.5 parts of
bifunctional acrylate monomer, 0.3 to 0.8 part of nano filler, 0.2 to 0.5 part of
antioxidant, 0.1 to 0.3 part of light stabilizer, 0.05 to 0.15 part of
metal deactivator, 0.1 to 0.3 part of sulfydryl
chain transfer agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of
processing aid and 0 to 2.0 parts of coloring agent. The
photoinitiator master batch
system is constructed to synergistically improve the photoresponse range and efficiency; the photosensitive groups are uniformly dispersed, and rapid curing and efficient cross-linking can be realized under the
catalysis of
ultraviolet light under a conventional UV
light source without special equipment.
