The invention discloses a
sulfur hexafluoride sampling
system. The
system comprises an electronic
mass flow controller, a
pressure sensor and a
voltage monitoring module, which are all connected witha processor CPU through an A / D conversion module; and the
system further comprises the processor CPU, a display screen, a keyboard, a solenoid value, a
vacuum pump and a power supply circuit, whereinthe processor CPU is further connected with the electronic
mass flow controller through a D / A conversion module; the processor CPU is also connected with the display screen for displaying flow data ofsulfur
hexafluoride; the keyboard is connected with the processor CPU and used for inputting a
control signal for the
sulfur hexafluoride flow; the processor CUP controls the
solenoid valve and the
vacuum pump through a
driving circuit; the power supply circuit is connected with the processor CPU and used for providing power for the whole system. The
sulfur hexafluoride sampling system provided by the invention is invented to be portable, has own batteries and also can be connected with an external power supply, wherein a fast
pipe insertion connection mode is used for a gas path connector, and thus, works can be carried out quickly at site. For the
sulfur hexafluoride sampling system, intelligent automatic operations are realized through a system on
chip integrated circuit, all switchingon and switching off and flow control can be in timed control through
programming, and a status alerting and warning function is provided.
