diluent is extracted by utilizing the sampling port, and then the sampling port is closed by inwards moving the valve core; meanwhile, a mixing channel is formed, the
piston is pressed downwards, and the
diluent flows into the detection cavity through the flow channel; afterwards, to-be-identified residual vegetable liquid
fertilizer supernate can be fed into the detection cavity according to the same process, the
piston is lifted to the upper end of the
piston cavity, the mixed liquid gradually flows into the piston cavity, the piston is pressed downwards, the re-mixed liquid flows into the detection cavity again, circulation is performed for a plurality of times, the
diluent and the supernate are uniformly mixed, and the residual vegetable liquid fertilizer is identified. The uniformly mixed liquid can be fed into the detection cavity, so that the
absorbance can be conveniently detected, and the rapid and accurate collection and
sample preparation and the identification of whether the rotten vegetable residue liquid fertilizer is good or not are realized by base-layer working personnel.
