The bag 10 is suitable for containing alcoholic beverages and in a preferred embodiment for containing beer. The bag 10 is flexible and preferably includes two layers of plastic material 14 and 16, which are welded together along their perimeters 20 and 22, respectively, to provide a perimeter seam 18.
