Abstract

The amplifying mechanism includes a flexible amplifying mechanism with piezo drive, connected stretch pole and solid bed for fixing the flexible amplifying mechanism. The flexible amplifying mechanism is composed of multiple L type parallel levers. Flexible hinge is adopted in articulation pivot of each L type lever. When external electric field is applied, each piezo drive generates mechanical shift so as to make lever arm of force rotate around flexible hinge. Finally, shift is output through the stretch pole along longitudinal direction. Based on need of amplifying shift, multiple L type levers can be paralleled to constitute an actuation tube to output large shift. Each simple lever is an independent unit, and driving force of parallel multiple levers will not be reduced. The flexible hinge features zero friction and gapless.
