The invention discloses a lubricant method at high pressure stage, used in recipocal compressor, comprising that: arranging middle cooler between low pressure stage and high pressure stage and connecting them; mounting adsorption valve and exhaust valve on the cylinder cover of high pressure stage cylinder; arranging guide groove that rotates the gas on the air inlet channel from adsorption valve to the cylinder; when gas and lubricant mixture flow through the low pressure stage compression and middle cooler, part of lubricant will be guided back to the low pressure stage and another part will be carried by gas to enter into high pressure stage; when the adsorption valve of high pressure stage is opened via pressure difference and the gas lubricant enters into cylinder via the adsorption valve, the gas will first flow in guide groove, and since the guide groove has rotation, the mixture of gas and lubricant will rotate when enters into cylinder, and the lubricant will be thrown out via eccentric force, to be separated from gas, to be splashed on the cylinder wall, to lubricant the cylinder and piston.
