In the process of roller's rotating speed ascending, the washing in the roller (13) is lifted by baffle (40), and promotes the washing to move to the back of the roller (13) depending on tilting of the top, so even eccentric load is generated owing to off-set of the washing on the circumference direction of the roller (13), the position of the eccentric load is relatively close to the bearing (16), thereby alleviating load exerting on the bearing (16).
