A construction method of large span two directional prestressed cables follows the steps as: fabricate working flat, short slid rail and sling supporting system; after fabrication of three trusses on working flat, move one to the hanging end of the short slid rail; thread and fix a lateral prestressed sling to the cast steel node on the truss; after fabrication of five trusses on working flat, move the third one to the hanging end of the short slid rail; fix on each cast steel node with steel supporting pole, sling clip and lateral prestressed sling; for the forth truss, after fixed the steelsupporting pole, connect vertical and lateral prestressed sling to the node; repeat the previous steps till finished and tighten the slings.
