Abstract

If any abnormality occurs in the communicator, in order to deal with the abnormality as soon as possible, one counting controller figures out a target controlling quantity and compares the quantity with the quality received from the other device; or a third counting controller compares the target controlling quantity directly transmitted by the other counting controller with the target controlling quality transmitted from the other counting controller through the communicator and one counting controller, and makes judgment on the abnormality through the difference among the target controlling quantities to change the operation control.
