Embodiment Construction

[0060] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0061] As shown in Figure 8, the rainwater storage device 10 of the present invention includes: a rainwater storage container 11 for storing rainwater; a rainwater inflow pipe 12 for supplying rainwater to the rainwater storage container 11; its upper end is connected to the rainwater inflow The upper vertical pipe 21a of the pipe 12; the lower vertical pipe 21b coaxial with the upper vertical pipe 21a; and the downflow rainwater filtering device 20 provided between the upper vertical pipe 21a and the lower vertical pipe 21b. The rainwater inflow pipe 12 shown in the figure is a columnar body, the upper end of which is connected to the rainwater gutter 14 provided on the edge of the roof 13a of the house 13, and is configured so that the rain falling on the roof 13a of the house 13 flows into the rainwater. The gutter 14 is also collected, and the ...

Abstract

A filtration device that can be installed at a relatively low place below a full-water level of a storage tank. A filtration device has a housing (22) to which the lower section of an upper side vertical tube (21a) and the upper section of a lower side vertical tube (21b) are connected from the above and below and that has a rainwater flow chamber (23) and a valve chamber (24); a ball valve (29) that is received in the housing so as to be movable between the rainwater flow chamber and the valve chamber, that closes, in the rainwater chamber, a lower side rainwater hole (23b), and that has a specific gravity of less than 1; a reception chamber (27) that stores rainwater came from the rainwater flow chamber to the valve chamber; an opening section (24b) for a valve seat, which can be closed by the ball valve to seal up the valve chamber; an upper side guide member (31) that guides the ball valve moving up, the ball valve being guided from the rainwater flow chamber to the valve chamber; and a lower side guide member (32) that guides the ball valve moving down, the ball valve being guided from the valve chamber to the rainwater flow chamber. A first strainer (26) adapted to be insertable and removable through the opening section for a valve seat is removably installed in the lower side rainwater hole. A second strainer (33) for filtering rainwater flowing into the reception chamber is removably installed in the reception chamber.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a downflow rainwater filtering device capable of removing impurities mixed in rainwater falling on a roof or a roof of a building and flowing down, and to a rainwater storage device using the filtering device. Background technique [0002] There has been rainwater used in a conventional manner, from which sand and fine dust are removed, and which is retained. A rainwater filter device for removing sand and dust from rainwater has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The filtering device includes an outer pipe and an inner pipe disposed inside the outer pipe; a vertical portion is formed in the outer pipe; and an upper end of the outer pipe is connected to a rainwater gutter. The lower end of the outer pipe is connected to a sump communicated with the sewer. The outer periphery of the upper end of the inner pipe is disposed at a predetermined distance from the inner periphery of the vertical portion. T...
