Abstract

The present invention provides an EAP authentication method to execute a plurality of authentications in one EAP process. Procedures of EAP authorization are shown below: a. An authenticator sends a first request to a counterpart authentication terminal to initiate an EAP process. The first request informs the counterpart authentication terminal. Thus, the authenticator executes a plurality of authentications in the EAP process; b. The counterpart authentication terminal sends a first response to a plurality of authentications; c. The authenticator executes a plurality of authentications according to the first response. A plurality of authentications are finished in one EAP process, thus improving authentication execution efficiency and reducing information interaction. The present invention also provides another EAP authentication and two EAP authentication devices.
