Abstract

The invention discloses method of resource request admission control based on service info. In resource admission control (RAC) system of next generation network, RAC function obtains users' dialog info including service ID from service control functions based on resource request. Based on the said dialog information, the method obtains user's info of signing contract from auxiliary function of network based on corresponding service ID. Based on info of signing contract, and condition of using current resources, the method makes admission decision, and down sands the generated strategy to the strategy execution function in transmission layer to carry out resource control for dialog stream. Comparing with prior art, the disclosed admission control method based on service information satisfies need of refinement operation from operation manager, enhances current admission control mode, and implements authorization and putting apart resource in advance based on service.
