The diffusion layer is positioned at the side of the incident light surface of the light enhancement layer and contains transparent resin and diffusing particles dispersed in the transparent resin. In addition, the invention also discloses a method for making the optic plate. The optic plate has the advantage of improving the utilization rate of light rays.
