Abstract

The present invention discloses an optic plate. The optic plate comprises a light enhancement layer and a diffusion layer, wherein the light enhancement layer is provided with an incident light surface, an exit surface opposite to the incident light surface and a plurality of grooves formed by connecting serially a plurality of circular platform holes and positioned on the exit surface, wherein an included angle of the side walls of the plurality of circular platform holes with the centre line thereof gradually increases along the direction far away from the diffusion layer. The diffusion layer is positioned at the side of the incident light surface of the light enhancement layer and contains transparent resin and diffusing particles dispersed in the transparent resin. In addition, the invention also discloses a method for making the optic plate. The optic plate has the advantage of improving the utilization rate of light rays.
