Abstract

The invention provides a PTDN and the congestion control process, wherein the process comprises the following steps that arranging the parameter of a VPN channel for the outlet interface of each intermediate node of the PTDN in order to divide the chain channel of the PTDN into several VPN channels which respectively comprise a VPN number, business flow sorts and an outlet interface ID, wherein the VPN number is relative to the business sort, the business flow sort means the service which is provided for the business sort, and the intermediate nodes of the same VPN comprise a VPN channel, conducting one-time congestion examination when the intermediate nodes of the VPN channel receive one message of the business flow of the business flow sort, and searching whether the outlet interface ofthe outlet interface ID has the congestion records of the business flow if the congestion is searched, not sending congestion warning indicating information if has the congestion records, or simultaneously sending the congesting warning indicating information to a data source end if has the congestion records. The invention increases the network congestion control for the PTDN.
