Embodiment 1
[0048] Example 1 - Comparison of Chemical Resistance of Metallocene Polypropylene Homopolymer and Zeigler-Natta Polypropylene Random Copolymer to Fragrance Oil Ingredients as Shown by Swell Test.
[0049] Weighing of two types of polyenes (1) Total M3282MZ (clarified mPP resin) and (2) Total NO3112-2 (NA21 nucleated Ziegler-Natta polypropylene random copolymer, hereinafter referred to as ZN-RCPP) The samples were placed in vials containing samples of forty fragrance ingredients typically used to formulate a variety of fragrances. Both polypropylene resins were supplied by Total Petrochemicals USA, Inc. All samples were placed in an environmental chamber at 85°F (29.4°C) for two weeks, then removed, dried on paper towels and weighed. The weight gain was calculated and the results are shown in Table 2.

Embodiment 2
[0060] Example 2 - Comparison of Chemical Resistance of Metallocene Polypropylene Homopolymer and Zeigler-Natta Random Copolymer to Mandarin Fragrance Oil as Shown by Weight Loss Test.
[0061] Mandarin flavor, which contains about 30% limonene, is no longer marketed by Changing Paradigms in ZN-RCPP bottles due to bottle-related leaking and high flavor migration issues. Therefore, this fragrance was chosen because of its aggressive properties that can migrate through polypropylene and demonstrated that metallocene polypropylene resins were compared to Ziegler-Natta catalyzed random copolymer polypropylene resins (commercially used to make fragrance bottles) how different. Table 3 shows that when 25 grams of Mandarin spice is mixed with ZN-CRPP, mPP and 210 resin (copolymer of acrylonitrile methyl acrylate grafted on nitrile rubber) made of perfume bottle after 113 days of weight loss results. 210 is the material currently used for preserving aromatherapy oils and dispensing...
Embodiment 3
[0065] Example 3 - Comparison of Chemical Resistance of Metallocene Polypropylene and Zeigler-Natta Polypropylene Random Copolymer to Hawaiian Breeze Fragrance Oil as Shown by Weight Loss Test.
[0066] Total M3282MZ (clarified mPP) and Total M3132-2 (NA21 nucleated Ziegler-Natta polypropylene random copolymer supplied by Total Petrochemicals USA, Inc. were used by Monarch Plastics Limited, hereafter and labeled as " hPP") resin into thin-walled 1-ounce polypropylene bottles through an extrusion blow molding (EBM) process. To these bottles were added 40 grams of Hawaiian Breeze spice manufactured by Takasago International Corporation. All filled bottles were then induction sealed, capped tightly, weighed, and then exposed to temperatures of 23EC (73.4°F), 53°C (127.4°F) and 63EC (145.4°F). Weight loss measurements were performed over 91 days and the results are shown graphically in FIG. 2 . Both types of polypropylene bottles fully contained Hawaiian Breeze fragrance when ex...
